SRS Medical Expands Bi-Coastal Operations
Supports Growth in Company's Incontinence and Women's Health Devices’s Health

Redmond, Washington – October 17, 2006

SRS Medical today announced that it had moved its West Coast operations to a larger facility, still in Redmond WA, and that it planned to expand its East Coast operations later this quarter.

The new West Coast facility is located at: 8672 154th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052 USA.

According to Kevin M. Connolly, CEO, the new facilities were needed to serve the company’s expanding customer base: “We recently completed the acquisitions and development that were required to assemble the industry’s most comprehensive and innovative product suite for continence care. Now we are investing in the infrastructure required to quickly deliver and effectively support these products. Our new Redmond facility immediately doubles our warehouse space for supplies and allows us to further increase capacity in the near future. Our new East Coast facility will house expanded customer support and engineering groups.”

SRS Medical has made a number of acquisitions in the areas of incontinence and women’s health. In January 2006, SRS Medical acquired all assets related to devices for the treatment of severe female incontinence from Eutech Medical AB of Gothenburg, Sweden. In October 2003, SRS Medical acquired all assets related to urodynamic products and certain incontinence treatment devices from Endocare, Inc. of Irvine CA (OTC BB: ENDO) and prior to that acquired substantially all of the assets of Asbrook/Eris of Ventura CA, a privately-held manufacturer of urodynamic products, as well as the In-Flow™ female catheter from American Medical Systems, Inc. (AMS) of Minnetonka MN (Nasdaq: AMMD).
