Mr. Lee Brody is Chief Executive Officer of SRS Medical, a company that improves the health and well-being of men through technologies that advance BPH disease state diagnosis and help eliminate the use of urinary catheters. Through acquisition and development, he serves as the principal architect of the SRS Medical portfolio of technologies. Mr. Brody has served as CEO of SRS Medical since 2012. He previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at SRS Medical.
Mr. Brody is a biomedical engineer with more than 25 years of expertise in new technology commercialization and market adoption. He has operational experience in finance, sales, engineering, manufacturing, regulatory and quality. Brody holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, as well as an MBA from Northeastern University. Mr. Brody also serves on the Board of Directors at SRS Medical.
Mr. Chris Ernster is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at SRS Medical. In this role, he is responsible for the commercialization of the SRS Medical technology portfolio. Mr. Ernster has dedicated his career in medical devices to filling critical unmet needs for patients and providers with unique technologies, leadership skills and processes that deliver results.
Prior to joining SRS Medical, Mr. Ernster held various commercial leadership roles with Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Bard and ultrasound start-up, Celleration, Inc. The sales and marketing functions he led delivered more than $1B in new product revenue across the cardiology, urology and wound care segments. Ernster holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin and an MBA from University of South Florida.
Mr. David Mahoney is EVP of New Business Development at SRS Medical. In this role, he leads clinical, regulatory and large practice market development for the SRS Medical portfolio of technologies. Mr. Mahoney also serves on the Board of Directors at SRS Medical.
Mahoney previously held the position of VP of Sales at SRS Medical, where he led organization expansion into uro-diagnostics through strategic acquisition and US distribution channel development.
Mr. Mahoney has 25 years of experience in medical technology and venture capital, including capital raises, M&A support and valuation consulting. In 1994 Mahoney founded the consultancy practice, Mahoney Enterprise, to perform investment banking functions within the emerging medical device market. The practice has taken more than 15 medical technologies from concept to dispensation, and served as transaction broker for more than a dozen companies.
Mr. Mahoney has served on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House, the Western Massachusetts AIDS Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club. He is also actively involved with the Children’s Harbor charitable organization. He holds undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Management Information Systems from Western New England College.
